"Services", for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, specifically includes but is not limited to, Virtual Classes between a staff member of Milestones and Motherhood, PLLC and You. “Services” also includes our Website and Mobile App.

Applicable law requires us to maintain the information as evidence of our compliance with applicable law; there is an unresolved issue or dispute which necessitates us keeping the appropriate information until it is resolved; or
